8.How your choice is stored
Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie named ga_cookie_consent for 12 months, with a copy in local storage under the same name so that the cookie can be restored if your browser shortens it. The record holds a random consent ID, the version of this declaration, your choice per purpose, the word “explicit” (the choice was yours, never inferred) and the time you made it.
The consent ID identifies your choice, not you. Quote it together with the date if you contact us about your consent.
A copy of each choice (consent ID, time, choice per purpose, declaration version, and the time our service received it) is sent to our platform and kept for 24 months, so that we can demonstrate consent as the GDPR requires. New receipts do not store your IP address, a hash of it or your browser type. Optional tracking stays off if our service cannot confirm your choice; refusal and withdrawal take effect immediately.
Storage set by another company on its own domain, such as an embedded video player, can only be removed in your browser settings. Withdrawing consent removes everything listed on this page that we can reach and stops any further loading.
