Sustainability data for your bank, in one VSME report

A finished report your bank can read, not a spreadsheet.

Your answers flow into a designed report with every figure in place. Start from a ready-made template, then change the words, photos and layout as you like.

Morrow Bakery Group's 2026 sustainability report in the report editor: cover, contents, the year in figures and the first chapters

Your documents fill in the figures.

Drop in your payroll export, energy bills and policies. Sprout proposes each figure with the page it came from, and you accept or change it.

Collect the answers: seven documents read, and 238 employees suggested from the collective agreements, with the page it came from

Every bank and customer gets its own link.

See when your bank opened the report, and take access back whenever you want. The next bank that asks gets the same report.

Sharing: Lindeveld Bank and Versgilde Supermarkten each have their own link to the 2026 report, sent on 11 October

How it works

  1. Scope

    Say your bank asked.

Tell us why you report and who asked. Scope shows which disclosures apply. If your bank wants more than the Basic module, the Comprehensive module adds strategy, targets, climate risks, human rights and governance.

  2. Fill

Let your documents fill in the figures.

Upload bills, payroll records and policies. Sprout proposes each figure with the page it came from, and nothing goes in until you accept it.

  3. Share

    Send it, then reuse it.

Share the finished report as a link or a PDF. When the next bank or customer asks, or next year comes round, you start from this one.

Basic or Comprehensive, with every figure on record

Basic or Comprehensive module? Scope tells you.

Say why you report and who asked. Scope shows which of the twenty disclosures apply, with the reliefs your size allows read from your company profile.

Scope the report: why you report, Basic or Basic and Comprehensive, and the size reliefs from the company profile

Get every figure back, without chasing anyone.

Ask colleagues, sites and suppliers for exactly the figures you need, see who has answered, and add each answer to your report in one click.

Data requests from Morrow Bakery Group to its sites and colleagues, each with its deadline and who has answered

Everyone in the right role, every change on record.

Invite colleagues with the role that fits and give guests access that expires on its own. Every change is recorded, so when your bank asks about a figure you can show who entered it and when.

Frequently asked questions

Find answers to your questions right here, and contact us if you cannot find what you are looking for.

Why is my bank asking about sustainability?

Banks have to account for the sustainability of the loans they make, so they ask the companies they lend to. The EU's voluntary VSME standard was written for exactly these requests, so one report can answer your bank, your customers and investors instead of a different questionnaire each time.

Is a VSME report what my bank needs?

Ask your bank which questions it needs answered. The Basic module covers the core figures: energy, emissions, pollution, biodiversity, water, waste, workforce and anti-corruption. The Comprehensive module adds what banks and investors often ask for on top, such as reduction targets and climate risks.

My bank sent its own questionnaire. Can I still use this?

Yes. Most of what a bank questionnaire asks, such as energy use, emissions, headcount and policies, is in your VSME report. Answer the questionnaire from your approved report, and send the report link with it.

Does the report have to be audited?

No, a VSME report needs no audit. Every figure keeps the document it came from and every change is recorded, so you can show your bank where a number comes from.

What about our carbon footprint?

The Basic module's energy and emissions disclosure (B3) asks for your Scope 1 and 2 emissions. Enter them yourself, or calculate them in Carbon accounting and let them fill the disclosure with Complete.

What does it cost?

€995 a year for Voluntary Sustainability Reporting (VSME), excluding VAT, with unlimited users. Complete is €2,995 and adds Carbon accounting and Climate strategy. No setup fee and no implementation project.
